Scheduling: Identify a representative from each department. Interviews can be arranged internally or by Cornerstone. Interviews can be conducted via the telephone, but on-sight interviews are favorable.
Time Requirements: Interviews require only 30 to 45 minutes. The Assessment Services can be completed in 1 to 2 days depending on the number of Interviews.
Resource Requirements: Cornerstone will provide a Document Assessment tool. It will indicate data beneficial to gather in advance of the interviews.
Turn Around: Cornerstone will provide the feedback in 5 to 7 working days after the assessment.
Service Fees: There is no commitment as a result of the assessment. The information is yours to keep. Obviously, we would like consideration if there is a purchase, but that is your choice. We charge a nominal fee* of $1500.00 for the 360º Transactional Document Assessment.
