Crescendo Partners completed a survey in 2003 titled “Copier usage survey”. It reflected the fact that the average office worker will generate 100 documents a week. When coupled with the industry average that a company will spend an average of $8 to manually create, distribute, and store a business document, “Doing business as usual” is a huge drain on capital resources.
