FLOW

Flow allows enterprise documents to be easily captured through a variety of ways including distribution or reception via Unifier’s uDISTRIBUT, retrieval from existing digital file, as well as from input by hundreds of different types of Twain/ISIS connected scanners.

Flow works better without keystrokes, so the fewer the better. The “human factor” in indexing can be minimized by utilizing any combination of functionality such as Barcodes (see uFORMZ, for barcode generation), Zonal Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Match and Merge, and Field Masking.

VISION

Vision is a robust document retrieval module. It gives employees instantaneous access to records right from their PC or web. Point and click commands are easy to grasp for less experienced users while sophisticated features and shortcuts are offered to the more advanced ones.

The key to Vision is that it is extremely simple, yet powerful. Documents are retrieved in seconds by utilizing flexible search capabilities (see functionality and requirements for more details).

Security is a top priority when corporate data is involved. Through user-defined index criteria, Vision can secure documents from the enterprise level down to the document level. Once retrieved, documents can be modified in their natural application, sections can be restricted based on security, notes can be added, and network documents can be associated and annotated with a full audit trail of every modification.
